Thank you! I am glad you enjoy it. As for how… I prefer to find people who aren’t intimidated by raw, real, challenging work. People who aren’t afraid to see what happens when you explore a feeling or an impulse or a tendency… Once I connect with a person like that I just let them be themselves, the strength of the emotion comes from their conviction and determination and I have so much appreciation and respect for all the people I work with!
